We stopped in this Jerry Bob's/Parra's near the airport today. Very impressed. The food was amazing. They have all the breakfast classics, and then some with a southwestern spin on it. My wife was torn between a dish that had an option of either machaca or chorizo, so they gave her both! And both were amazing. I had a breakfast plate and it came with incredible thick bacon. My brother had the tamales and said they were some of the best he's had. I can't say enough about how welcoming and warm the staff is. Actually, this was by far the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. So, so attentive. It's a family run restaurant and they make you feel like family. Even the chef/owner hustled the food out to make sure we got it fresh off the grill. I highly recommend stopping in.

I still love this place. I go whenever I come to town. Nice staff, big portions, great taste, good prices. Hard to beat. Pretty low key atmosphere. Just what you need in the morning before a long day.

Breakfast and Brunches are best here and busy, especially on the weekends. This Jerry Bob's has a Mexican focus and lots of the standard American options. Came with a group of four, There was a small 20 minute wait. Hint: There is very limited seats for waiting. You can park out front but is tight, better option is parking in the back, more room and there is a back entrance. NO Handicap Parking, you have to do your best and the best option is in the back. Seating is table and both inside, no outside seating. Staff were great and friendly. Food was good and tasted great. Prices are reasonable. Not fancy, it is cafe style. No fancy drinks, just the basics. Portios were good. No issues splitting the check. I'd recommend trying the Mexican items, but American fair was great.

The food and staff is really what people are lined up for. We visited on a Sunday morning, and yes it was busy, and yes there was a wait. We opted to sit at the counter which was great, and less wait. Looking around the place, it's pretty stale, but we're in a restaurant because we're hungry. The food we ordered was terrific and fresh. It all tasted homemade and authentic. We'll stop by again, next time we're in town.

Visiting and decided to give this a try because of reviews. Did not disappoint. We were seated right away, but got there in time. There was a line a little later starting around 10:30am on a week day. The wait staff was wonderful and quick. They were accommodating as well with creating breakfast tacos for me. We also had a waffle which was cooked good. Menu is pretty diversified for breakfast and lunch. They have both booths and tables.

I found this place on Yelp during my time in Tucson due to its amazing reviews. The place was very busy, but my service was still pretty quick. I got the chicken enchiladas, and they were very flavorful and filling. The ambiance was like an old school diner. I would definitely support this business again if I were to visit Tucson soon!

Please note this rating is only for the Jerry Bob's on Valencia. This is the only location that I am aware of that has additional Mexican food items to their menu- which also equals double delicious. Huge portions. It's always busy but service is quick and attentive. Its a family friendly diner and parking available in the front and back.

I don't know what I was expecting, but definitely was not thinking a 4-star! I was pleasantly surprised! First, this restaurant is right around the corner from the Tucson Airport and right next to Denny's restaurant. Came in and sat at the bar because there was a small wait for a party of two. Ordered some coffee and it was fresh, hot, & delicious. Next, we ordered their menudo and let me just tell you it's definitely one of the BEST I've tasted. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. The almost all female staff was amazing! Watching them work so effortlessly and efficiently was something to behold. They were quick with service and watching the kitchen chefs working was something amazing, too. The inside of the restaurant is a little dated and could be better designed with more tables, but other than that, this place is legit.
